Private Patients:

We know you are very busy so we want to make life easier so we have a HICAPS system which automatically claims the amount paid by the individual private health insurance companies, so that you the patient need only pay the gap.

Note: Health funds pay different amounts depending on the type of cover you have.

Veteran's Affairs Patients:

For the initial consultation of a Veteran's Affairs patient, we will need a current D904 referral from your doctor and your Veterans’ Affairs card (White or Gold).

Third Party Patients:

We are happy to deal with insurance companies and solicitors direct when treating patients under third party claims, however, the client must be referred by a Doctor for Physiotherapy treatment.

WorkCover Patients:

For the initial consultation of a WorkCover patient we will need a doctor's referral stating the patients need Physiotherapy and a claim number from WorkCover to advise that the claim has been accepted.

Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Program:

Bulk Billing is now available for EPC patients.

Pink Pilates Program:   10 Individualised Consultations Package

Private Medical Insurance will cover part of the cost of this service OR patients can register online at www.pinkpilates.com.au to apply for a financial grant.

Clinical Pilates:

Private Medical Insurance will cover part of the cost of this service.
We offer single sessions OR a 10 session package (including 1 free session)

DeLoReS Package:

Our DeLoReS program is a very specialised and Individual system for patients preparing for spinal disc replacment surgery.   It consists of Individual packages depending on when we introduce the patient to the program, and where the patient lives, so the costs vary accordingly.                                               Ask our staff about the program and it's benefits if you suspect DeLoReS may be able to help you or someone you know.  They will be able to advise the steps to take to identify both the need, and the cost.
